We’re able to manufacture a wide range of multi-chamber rails, profiles and complex steel shapes.

Construction

We offer custom solutions to the façade and curtain walling sectors, interior fit out, power generation, warehouse and formwork sectors.

Agriculture

We manufacture an extensive range of products and custom galvanised steel solutions, widely used in agriculture.

The UK’s most advanced roll forming line

The product of a £1million investment in its own-right, our new double-sided roll-forming line, gives us the most advanced roll-forming capability in the UK.

With 24 forming stations we can roll complex sections, in gauges ranging from about 0.8 mm to 2mm including complex designs.

We also roll directly from the coil, punching and cutting ‘on-the-fly’ as part of a continuous process, delivering significant efficiency gains, which we pass directly onto you as our customer.

Free zinc coating testing service

Is your zinc coating up to scratch?

The zinc coating on galvanised steel is key to performance. Whether you’re an Anglo customer or not, you can sign up to our free Galvanised Steel Meter Scheme, which allows you to test coating grades and make sure what you got, is what you ordered!

Transparent and accredited supply

Steel roll-formed sections and shapes manufactured to ISO9001

All of the products we manufacture are made in line with ISO9001 and our dedicated quality management system

Source steel used in manufacture has been accredited to BSEN 10142, also meeting strict tolerances set out in BSEN 10143. Grades and coatings also conform to DX51D GZ 150-275.

Steel corrosion protection certified to BS EN 10346

Introducing AngloGalv

AngloGalv guarantees that your products are corrosion protected and certified to the UK and European standard BS EN 10346, in specified zinc coating thicknesses of Z140 and Z275.

Guaranteed performance.

Galvanised steel window reinforcement

The science of galvanisation

Steel corrodes electrochemically when exposed to moisture and oxygen in air, causing it to rust.

Galvanising applies a layer of zinc to each face of the steel, which stops rust forming on the surface by creating both a physical barrier from the elements and also providing electrochemical corrosion protection for bare steel exposed by small nicks and scratches.

The thicker the coating of zinc on a steel reinforcement, the longer its service life.

Galvanised steel reinforcement specifications

Most of the galvanised steel we supply for applications in the window and door industry will range from anything from a Z140 coating up to a Z275 coating – although ultimately we can supply product to whatever specification our customers want
